The Roots of Old School, foi criado com o intuito de funcionar como um ponto de encontro de memórias, sonhos, ambições e projectos de quatro amigos da Velha Guarda, que se cruzaram no eixo das artes marciais. O caminho tem sido longo e até aos dias de hoje, muitos episódios têm sido vividos e muitas conquistas têm sido ganhas. É neste seguimento que surge este blog, para não deixar cair em esquecimento, muitos desses momentos.

The Roots of Old School was initiated by four friends that had the martial arts as a commom interest and joined together with the intent of creating a meeting point of memories, dreams, ambitions and projects. It has been a very long way up until now, many episodes lived and conquests achieved. This was created with the aim of enlighten all the past and present moments not letting them fall in forgetfulness.

O Mestre Liang, Shou-Yu, radicou-se no Canadá em 1982, depois de ter impressionado os E.U.A. com o seu nível técnico nas artes internas. Referenciado como um dos 16 melhores treinadores da China, tornou-se também uma referência no Ocidente. Desenvolveu uma relação pessoal e profissional com o Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming da qual resultou diversas publicações sobre Baguazhang, Xinyiquan e Taijiquan. Neste vídeo demonstra o exótico estilo interno Liuhebafa, que é composto pela combinação das técnicas desses três estilos internos.

The Master Liang, Shou-Yu, settled down itself in Canada in 1982, after having impressed the U.S.A with his technical level in the internal arts. Referenced as one of the top 16 coaches of China, also became a reference in the West. It developed a personal and professional relation with the Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming from which resulted several publications on Baguazhang, Xinyiquan and Taijiquan. In this video it demonstrates the exotic internal style Liuhebafa, which is composed for the combination of those three internal styles techniques.
